The latest patch addresses many issues in relation to mat board functionality, pricing, optimisation and strengthening the core engine itself. Our goals this release was to focus on addressing issues pertained within the mat board system; strengthening output, control and optimising. Additional programming has all also been included to help phase out the url and control output systems of the data and preview pane. We will be releasing further in depth information regarding the new ouput control systems at a later date.
Patch 1.3.5 of the Artemis engine is now available to our customers, including a huge list of updates and fixes:
Front End
- Identified and addressed an issue with the mat board percentage calculation and pricing. Mat board pricing now works correctly.
- Frame output query has been modified to output lowest to highest prices.
- Frames suppliers and profit system price function output strengthened.
- Frame selection step now has actual price instead of estimated price.
- Frame output per category now set to 200.
- Frame pricing has been modified taking in account all widths and height of everything, if user does not load system correctly.
- Rebate wording in shopping cart box renamed to Lip Rebate.
- Modified mat board output statements per category for all selections to fix the first missing mat board issue.
- New functions have been added to the system to strengthen output.
- Modified the currently loaded mat board query for matting cores to fix issues with outputting correct core colours.
- Mat board step now includes a confirmation box when equalling or exceeding standard mat board sizes and swaps the currently loaded mat boards to oversize.
- Mat board update Print has been moved to the top across all mat board selections.
- Mat board step now includes standard and oversize minimum to maximum size range and loads accordingly.
- Mat board step now recognises if selected print is too large for standard mat boards and loads oversize mat boards.
- Mat board step now recognises if selected print is too large for oversize mat boards and displays other print sizes for selection.
- Maximum entry length of mat board size and textbox changed from 3 to 5.
- Fixed first missing category from mat selection 2 step.
- Fixed breadcrumb trail for mat board to frame step.
- Fixed an issue with the shopping cart box not outputting price for middle and bottom mat boards correctly.
- Added further statement control to mat board pricing for detection strengthening.
- Product Info page now has includes an add to cart button for each individual size.
- Statements added to the printing price function to strengthen output of final cost.
- Glazing price function has been strengthened.
- The Upload Print bullet point regarding maximum size of print now takes into account the minimum top mat board size.
- Large amount of optimisation done across the system.
Administration
- Added store down for maintenance feature with editable file and description template.
Database
- Added Blue mat board core colour.
- Added Ash Grey mat board core colour.
- Added Tartan Green mat board colour.
- Removed 2 table cells from glazing table.

- Default language currency setting now set to AUD not USD.
- Identified an issue with the mat board percentage calculation and pricing. Mat board pricing now functions correctly.
Administration
- Fixed missing Prints Suppliers from admin catalog box.
- Fixed missing Matting Suppliers constant setting in admin panel.

Its been a while since we publicly released an update and we apologise, however the reasoning behind this is because we have been working closely with our customers to deliver a much more
smarter and robust system not only for the framing industry but now the printing industry. We decided to totally skip releasing patches for the first version and focus purely on creating a more stable release for our
customers.
This stable release has been live on our customers websites for a number of weeks now and is functioning perfectly, with reports of sales going through without a hitch.
The new printing modules we have been working on is phase one of many to come to deliver more funcitonality for the printing market. We hope you like the new functionality! Our Customers cerainly do.

Front End
- Moved photo size modifying to its own step along with printing options.
- Added new session control to the engine.
- Removed Upload My Print from categories box.
- Customer request: added Upload My Print box to front page.
- Removed Wall Colour and Crop the border from the stepping process.
- Wall Colour and Crop Border are now available on steps frame select, mat board and glazing by clicking the buttons in the Preview Pane.
- Fixed an output problem with the Shopping Cart box on mat selection 2 step with the bottom mat board.
- Preview Pane is now one third bigger than previously.
- Preview Image size has been increased by 20%.
- Preview Image now has zoom functionality.
- Optimised all steps and removed preview pane output percentage size.
- Mat board core code has been modified for new mat board core range.
- Upload system now has two options at the beginning to cater for new printing and canvas features.
- Upload System now displays an alert if uploaded photo is of low quality and requests user to check a box stating they understand and still want to print the image.
- Table cellpadding for the returned page after uploading a print has been set to 5 to bring it inline with all other table alignments.
- The Uploaded Print now should show within Internet Explorer after uploading.
- Added the bullet point "The minimum file size of the uploaded file must be 500KB" on the main upload page.
- Fixed Uploaded Photo page return error not displaying footer and application_bottom files.
- Glazing function modifications made introducing a minimum glazing value.
- Modifications made to URL structure in preparation for a more diverse content delivering system across the board and specifically the preview pane.
- Modified frame selection step to fix frame category selection for drop down box.
- Selected Frame now has zoom functionality.
- Cart Contents count is now visible throughout the system.
- I.P. Tracking with uploaded prints has been added.
- Currently selected frame on the Frame selection step has been moved to the top with new layout.
- Shopping Cart Box GST message "All prices shown do not include GST" now changes when turned on and off.
- Added current visitors whos online box.
- Modification made to product info page for other sizes available, not grouping on some products.
- Fixed a random add to cart bug which would return an error on hosting accounts randomly when the customer is logged in with PHP versions less than version 5.
Administration
- Printing minimum and maximum costs can now be edited in administration.
- Radio buttons for suppliers in categories/products is now a drop down box. Preparing for much broader mat board range.
- Glazing minimum cost can now be edited in administration.
- Fixed frames table alignment not spreading across the correct amount of columns.
- Added minimum and maximum pricing configuration items for canvas printing.
- Added Discount Percent module which can be turned on or off.
Database
- May Fine catalogue now available.
- Art in Motion now available.
- Optimising: 6 database tables have been removed, down from 93 tables to 87.
- Matting Cores table has been added.
- prints suppliers management table has been renamed to bring it inline with other product tables.
- May-Fine Art Prints catalogue now available.
- Larson-Juhl's White Core Mat Boards now available.
- Glazing Configuration group added to configuration table.
- Added section table cell to user uploaded files.
- Added IP recording table cell for user uploaded files.

Updates to the Artemis software package have been released. This update addresses issues such as:
Front End
- Mat board sub categories now require status to be set on to view.
- Fixed an issue with frame drop down box not loading first category.
- Frames rebate returned nothing if user selects stretchbar, now returns as 0mm.
- Removed outdated and non matching products from database tables.
- Optimised Frame selection page.
- Matting core information now loads correctly in mat board selection step.
Administration
- Matting standard size is now set to 830 instead of 813.
- Preperations made for new mat board sizes which will be released soon.
