The need for a Supplier Management feature was introduced due to the need for tracking and controlling the vast number of products being introduced from National and International Suppliers. Although currently there are only a few thousand products per supplier in the system, as time goes on we estimate to reach tens of thousands of products, both nationally and internationally.
This feature has the ability to:
Link products into groups.
Track new and existing products.
Modify products prices globally via percentage.
Be turned on or off for prices globally.
At present the software has the ability to add, edit or delete existing and new Suppliers. This features abilities will also be extended in the near future.
Visual Presentation is a key factor in the art and framing industry. By generating the print, frame and mat board based on the users selection, we combine all products as one image. This can be utilised by the user to get a general idea of what the finishing product would look like before purchasing.
The software at present generates billions upon billions of possibilities on the fly dynamically. In the midst of the computer generating the image, measurements and pricing are being calculated aswel, making the software a very smart cookie.
Many web sites and software titles currently on the market all do the same thing, in which the overall generation of the image does not visually compare to what the product would actually look like. Our solution takes it to the next level in which ratio's are applied to the outputted image for not only the print and frame but also mat boards, combining a more visual representation of what the product would look like in real life.
Bringing this feature together with our Upload Photo option, the customer is sure to be satisfied receiving a more true visual representation of their end product.

Creating and managing content or products could never be easier with the Content Management system. It is used to manage and control a large dynamic collection of material. The Administration system facilitates product creation, control, editing and important maintenance functions with a few clicks of a button.
In the Framing game, speed of production is very important. The software package has a vast number of functions that control, update and output measurements such as

just to name a few. All these calculations are done on the fly and outputted to the customer based on selection, speeding up the customer interaction and making the most of your customers time.
No longer do you need a calculator to figure out the costs involved for creating artwork. The software calculates frame sizes, mat board quadrants and glazing sizes on the fly. The pricing is dynamically created and outputted to the user based on a per square metre price which is set within the administration panel. Saving you time and money.
At present although the only supported currency is the Australian dollar due to focus on the Australian market, the system supports multicurrency outputs.
The software building process is based on a stepping system to make it easier for the customer to understand and create their artwork informatively and quickly. Steps range from wall colour selection, frames, matboards and glazing. Presenting the system in this way allows for more understanding and visual aspect for the customer.
Allowing customer interaction in uploading their own photos is a great tool for presentation purposes. By combining the customers photo within the software, they can visually see their created product based on their own selection, providing an informative and fun way of purchasing.
The software package includes a printing option selection front end with photo uploading and an administration backend. The administration area allows you to set pricing options for printing based on square meter measurements.
